Love the food there. Tuesday $1 tacos soft or hard. chicken or beef. I recommend the chicken soft tacos

Changed the prices of items but not on the menu refused to honor menu pricing at the window and then threatened to not give me my food after they had already charged me for it. Not worth the extra money. Food is average at best. Customer service is a joke.

Omg!! The food here is sooo good! The breakfast burritos are my favorite while the chicken is right up close. The carna asada wasn't that good but everything else ive had so far has been outstanding. I cant say enough abput the workers. Polite, hard workers, and accommodating. Even brought our churros out to us after ordering last minute. Wish I could eat there every day.

Walking in the door is like stepping out of the state of Missouri and into the state of California. It's definitely not you typical Midwest Mexican restaurant. This is authentic..... 90% of it is authentic.... You gotta have some of that other stuff to stay in business in this town. I digress. Taco Tuesday is the main reason most people know about this place but their menu is full of delicious offerings priced to sell and prepared by a staff who keeps the cuisine true to their roots. It's probably my favorite Mexican place in town. I love the staff as well, they're always so friendly and accommodating, it's like being around old friends. If you haven't been to Pancho's and you're from California but you moved here because of the cheap cost of living and you really really miss that California style, hole in the wall, carniceria-comida-authentico or, uh, maybe if you just like authentic Mexican food, you're gonna love it.

The food is good but if you order for delivery they ignore all requests and instructions. Street tacos menu said choice of meat, but didnt provide an option to choose, so I included instructions to do adobada. Completely ignored my request, didnt bother to contact me, just sent me carne asada instead. It still tasted fine, but it wasnt what I wanted.

Excellent stoner/drunk food. Phenomenal food. - The amount of food you get for the price you pay is crazy good. - Their spicy carrots and guacamole are my go-tos every time I visit inside. Been a big fan since first being introduced in KC.

My wife and I were missionaries to Mexico City, México for five years. We also lived on the Northern boarder for about two years... While there, we learned the flavors and recipes of Mexico. This place has those flavors and more with a good price and large portions. We started off going once a week, but now go twice... I'm about to go for a third time for breakfast, because their breakfast burritos are AWESOME, massive and delicious any time of day. Just go... You'll love it! As a fat man, I always​ say, "Always trust a fat man when it comes to food." I've posted a few of our pictures.

Authentic in a town where that can be a bit hard to find. Of course it's a little hard to convey what you want if there's a special order or something. Good value for what you pay, and the employees are super nice! I go there really often. They're also open when I'm off work super late at night so they get my business a few days a week!

Amazing specials, amazing food and amazing service !I'm from west coast. This is the closest you will get to "California style" Mexican food in Springfield, mo!! They work hard here, this place is busy in spurts ( so please remember that when your wait is a little long in the drive thru). Love this place!!

Probably the worst Mexican food I have ever ate. We went through the drive through and waited for 20 minutes for 2 plates of food that tasted like trash. I got the charizo bowl and the beef tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave and slapped cheese on the top of it and waited 10 minutes to seem like they are actually cooking it. Way too expensive for guacamole that was squeezed out of a bottle that looks and tastes like boogers. If you want to eat bad Mexican food, don’t go here because this place is worse than that. You could find something better in the garbage better than this food or whatever you want to call it. Worst 30 dollars ever spent. Thank you.

Monster burritos! Very good

I love this restaurant. The only downside is the wait. The food is made to order so there is a minimal ten minute wait, even in the drive through. However, the reward is worth the trouble. I've eaten there more times than I care to admit and I am stuffed by the time I finish. The food tastes authentic and feels homemade.

Portions were huge. More than we could eat. Meat was unseasoned and tough. Everything was very bland. Order taker was not friendly. Restaurant was clean.

Very good food, I feel like I paid a little much for what I got but it was decent food. It's nice they have a drive through too.

WOW first time trying Panchos and LOVED it! Cheese dip yummy and let me tell you the Chimichanga was delicious and enormous :O honestly my new favorite in Springfield!

Definitely the best Mexican food out here in Missouri!! Love their green chili, this is the only Mexican restaurant that we have seen that actually makes real green chili and doesn't just pour a can of green enchilada sauce over ur burritos and call it green chilie smothered burritos. Their burritos are nice size and price i feel is fair. If u enjoy Mexican food, then this is ur place!!

I have been to this location many times and have yet to be disappointed. We find ourselves getting the grilled chicken burrito and/or rolled tacos for lunch and dinner. Having the ability to choose whether or not you want a steak breakfast burrito at 11 o'clock at night is pretty awesome too. Dont expect to rush in and dash out though. This perfection takes time, and the quality of the food is well worth the few extra minutes over some other fast food offerings.

Excellent! Huge portions of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. Full dinner plates are less than $10. Friendly service. Casual dining. The building was a place I would not have chosen to walk into. I had lunch with friends and it was delicious! Now I crave Poncho's at least twice or more per month. 10 stars

I absolutely love this place. Its great Southern California-style Mexican food. They're the only food open in town that's 24/7 and not a breakfast place or diner. The food is great, the staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend the one dollar deals Monday-Thursday. The burritos are HUGE!!

Best mexican food, worst drive through. Needs to be told several times and still gets orders wrong every time. If you want to actually get what you asked for be ready to sit in front of the window and check the contents of your bag.

If you need me to tell you Pancho's is the best burrito this side of the Mississippi then you must not be from around here and should absolutely get over there before you leave 👌🏻

Best Mexican in town. Gotta go here if you want good Mexican food and not that stuff they sell at Mexican villa. Yuck. Lol. Clean interior has a drive though good food, inexpensive and fast. Go here if you want the best in town.

Yo! This is just what was NEEDED! Nothing was dry. Flavor was good but could have a bit more "kick" for my taste which is hard to find in this area. Get satisfied here or regret going to taco bell. Price is worth it.

As a Arizona transplant i can assure you this is the closest thing you will find to authentic Mexican food in Springfield.

Food quality isn't very good, sign says open 24 hours and they aren't, and food order is usually wrong.

This place is quite delicious and affordable. Make sure you sit away from the bathrooms. Real authentic and generous portions. Bring a hoodie, it gets quite cold in the summer.

Pancho's is a quiet little place. You don't really notice it as you're driving down Campbell, despite it being located within view of Bass Pro Shop. With that said, I absolutely love the quesadillas here. While there's plenty of options, a carne asada quesadilla always hits the spot. While the interior looks a little worn and it can be a bit drafty on the far side, the food is good. My wife and I have come here a number of times and there's not too much we can complain about. There's a drive thru if you're in a hurry, but I haven't used it and I can't comment on wait times. If you're looking to try something new, I'd say Pancho's is worth a shot. You might just find yourself impressed.

I love the food but its false advertising to have 24hrs on your building and not be 24hrs. Also if your open until 1AM why are your doors locked right now? Its 1230. Great food but your service is quite lacking

Shredded beef tacos were good, a little greasy. I got the 2 cheese enchiladas meal and it was inedible. The sauce tasted bitter and awful and the cheese in the enchiladas wasn't melted at all, and was a Colby blend instead of Monterey. Not to mention they are closed sometimes at night. Isn't this a 24 hour establishment?

Never open. Sign says 24hrs. I work near by and check often. They are never open. It’s 10:00am and still not open. Not good business practices.

I was not prepared for how good the food is here. The service is ok nothing to complain about just not above and beyond (mostly a language barrier I think) but I would put up with a lot for food that delicious.

The food is really good. I love the tacos there. The staff are very nice and helpful. The have the best burritos in town. To be honest Pancho’s is the best Mexican food in Springfield. If your looking for a Mexican restaurant I recommend Pancho’s. I love Pancho’s❤️

Best true Mexican food in town. When I start missing home (Arizona) I go there to get a shredded beef burrito half order of rice and beans. It makes my life all better all over again. Love their green and red sauce.
